Symptom

The symptoms of the issue is Bundle link failing to recover after doing a MPA reload.

Conditions

This is a feature interaction issue observed during MPA reload with CFM on Bundle member with hardware offload and efd configured on it.

Workaround

Add/Remove CFM configuration .
