Symptom
when this GLC-GE-100FX SFP from "vendor SN: OPA14203361" is plugged into one of the 1G port on WS-C3650-48TD 2x10G Uplink module, with default config, it will come up with half duplex and speed 10. if the remote peer is in speed 100, this will result in one direction link up and the other side link down.
Conditions
if the same type/vendor of SFP is plugged to any other types of 3650 or 3850 other than WS-C3650-48TD as remote peer, it will come up with half duplex and speed 100 with default config.
Workaround
use GLC-GE-100FX from other vendor or use this on any other types of 3650 or 3850 other than WS-C3650-48TD
