Symptom
When booting a supervisor may print out a message saying "Failed to launch boot task binos_script.service" or "Failed to launch boot task mount_packages.service".
When this happens there will also be a message "Critical boot tasks failed: binos_script.service" or "Critical boot tasks failed: mount_packages.service", and the supervisor will reload.

No specific conditions have been identified.
Further Problem Description
The problem is intermittant and it is most likely that the reload will be successful and the system will boot on the second try.
