Symptom
RSP_PAR_ERROR alarm seen on A9K-VSM-500 LC on 99XX chassis.
Conditions
It is seen only on VSM line card plugged-in 99XX chassis. Issue not seen on 9006/9010.

Further Problem Description
RSP mastership interrupt handling on Line cards is enhanced by CSCvf28219. It is applied to both Typhoon and Tomahawk generation line cards.
VSM LC uses different initialization sequence than other Typhoon LC. And with the enhancement, chassis_type is not set in fab block which is required to work RP mastership interrupt proper.
