Symptom

In case we need to capture outputs from the standby RP, we need to enable standby console and then capture the logs.There is not other way to capture the outputs. This could be an issue when the device is at a remote location with no physical access. We need a method to capture the outputs from the Active RP by either using the attach command or session output.
