Symptom
In dhcpv4 relay mode configuration, in decline message vpn id and suboptions are missed which are part of option-82 elements. This is causing few dhcpv4 server drops those decline message.
Conditions
dhcp client send decline message (This would be due to multiple reasons, not in our control), and vpn option is configured at dhcpv4 relay as below.
