Symptom
N31108 running 7.0(3)I4(7) build as a pure L2 switch will not populate upstream PIM router as its mrouter port list. This will cause GQs to expire and no receivers actively receving traffic.
Conditions
N31108 running 7.0(3)I4(7) build as a pure L2 switch
Workaround
Configure manual mrouter to ports upstream pim neig under valn configuration
