Conditions
The issue triggers only if a vrf interface is configured on responder (we tested with a loopback interface) and
it is triggered only when configuration is loaded at reboot. If the box reboots with no vrf interfaces the issue is not seen even if vrf interface are added later in config.
Workaround
Remove any interface from vrf to solve the issue. You can restore vrf configuration once the problem got resolved, but it will trigger again on reboot.
Further Problem Description
- Issue has been seen only with UDP Jitter mcast IP SLA configured to forward probes in GRT. IP SLA vrf works fine.
- After workaround has been applied, vrf configuration can be restored and the problem won't happen again until next reboot.
- This is a day 1 issue and is platform independent (we got same issue on CSR VM)
