Symptom
After a reload BGP sets the wrong Local Preference for received routes routes
that have been validated by RPKI server, as per configuration BGP is supposed
to set LP 100 for Valid Routes but after the reload it sets LP 50 for some of the Valid routes.
The issue happens when soft-reconfiguration inbound is used for the particular neighbor.
Conditions
the BGP neighbor in question must have soft-reconfiguration inbound and the issue happens after a reload only
Workaround
not using soft-reconfiguration inbound or clearing bgp
