Symptom
A device can crash unexpectedly in the "Crimson Flush Transactions process":
Chassis 1 reloading, reason - Non participant detected

Conditions
The crash occurs during the initialization of the device, when trying to print off certain log messages.
Workaround
The crash doesn't occur every time, so the device should eventually boot without issue.
