Symptom
DHCP client will not receive NAK when sent init-reboot with different ip and not able to request discover freshly.
Conditions
This issue is seen only with few clients sending init-reboot with different ip than it received from the DHCP server recently. As per RFC client should send requested ip, which it got received recently.
