Symptom
customer using FEX dual homing(vPC) connect two C1819 router, this two router running HSRP across(L2) the FEX. Like: HSRP active --- FEX101 --- N5K(P/S) --- FEX102 --- HSRP standby. when on linke between the N5K and FEX, will cause the HSRP flap on standby router.
Conditions
FEX dual homing topology
two Router connect two different FEX(using same vlan)
one of the links between N5K and FEX fail
