Conditions

The issue is seen on mini skyhammer card i.e. A9K-4X100GE. The issue was confirmed to be seen on both RSP4L and RSP4 on 6.4.1.18I and even a private based on 6.4.1.20I with a related fix for mini skyhammer. Workaround

No workarounds know for this issue. However, the LC starts reporting the correct timestamp after being reloaded once.
