Symptom
pim neighbor not formed between root and leaf
Conditions
1 - large scale, 100 VRFs, and 10 groups in each
2 - clear cef linecard location , try a few times.
Workaround
avoid using 'clear cef linecard' command.
Further Problem Description
The issue is platform independent. And it has existed since 5.2.2 release.
