Symptom
Input discards seen after issu upgrade to 7.3/8.x code. Input discards will be seen for packet coming in through any port in the box and going out through F3-100 gig or F3-40 gig port.
Conditions
1. ISSU to 7.3.x code or 8.x code
2. Presence of F3-100gig and F3-40 gig line card in chassis.
3. packet drop will be seen only when F3-100gig or F3-40gig line card is at the egress path of the packet

above output is for a "working" 100gig port, for working 40gig port this value will be 32. For non-working 100gig/40gig port this value will be 8.
