Symptom
After an IWAN branch router is reloaded, PFRv3 may stop functioning at any time up to 24 hours after the reload. The PFRv3 functionality is dependent on the Capability and site-prefix service-routing entries from the branch. During the reload event the sequence number on the HUB MC remains stuck at the pre-reload value. The post-reload update from the branch is rejected by service-routing because of the lower sequence number. The stale entry on the HUB MC remains in the table persistently.
Conditions
PfRv3 is used in an IWAN environment. A branch or hub router may reload and create the sync issue.
Workaround
Clear the EIGRP SAF neighbor to the branch from the HUB MC. This will purge the service-routing entries for that branch.
'clear eigrp service-family ipv4 neighbor [address]'
