Symptom
Configuring of the ICC based MAID for CFM fails with following error
Domain (level 1), Service
* Up MEP 2 is configured to use a MAID format which is not supported for hardware offload on this platform
Conditions
MEP creation fails for the service configured as ICC based MAID
Workaround
Give the ICC and UMC both of 6 bytes
