When DSP crashes, sometimes IOS crashes also. But it rarely happens.

Conditions

DSP crashes.

Workaround

Upgrade the image to 15.5(3)S6 or 15.5(3)S5b that has many DSP bug fixes to avoid DSP crash. Edit: Some customers has seen same IOS crash with 15.5(3)S6 as well. Please upgrade to latest IOS as fix is integrated.
