Symptom

When the ingress interfaces were the same on different ITD services. The interface tracks lost after shut/no shut these ITD services.

Conditions

The issue can be seen if the ingress interfaces were the same on different ITD services.

Workaround

Shut all of ITD services, and "no feature itd", then reconfigure all of ITD config.
