Symptom

RTs missing from vpnv4 and v6 address families and router not advertising interested prefixes to another peer.

Conditions

Issue is seen when bgp proc restart is executed on a peer. Per current understanding of this issue, address family rt-filter and LLGR features need to be in use to hit this issue.

Workaround

Workaround: Disable Persitance for eBGP neighbors advertising RTC routes. As a recovery step, the condition could be cleared using a hard clear of the bgp session or a soft clear for the RTC address family.
