Conditions

1. Bring up PPPoE dual stack SLAAC subscriber. 2. Check for the IPv4 and IPv6 routes for the subscribers in the RIB Table 3. Subscribers routes for V4 and V6 are seen. 4. Now Send IPv6CP Close from the client. 5. ONLY IPCP is in OPEN state and IPV6CP is NOT in OPEN state.
