Symptom

On Fabric tested with 5520, when AP joins for the 1st time WLC pushes the flex-avc-proflie. Later any modifications done on WLAN, the AP no longer has the flex-avc-profile

Conditions

The issue is specific when we have 2 fabric-enabled-ssids with same flex-avc-profile. And then flap any one of the 2 ssids, the issue is reproducible.

Workaround

To recover we don't need to restart the AP, but removing the flex-avc-profile for both ssids and applying back resolves the issue
