Symptom
A crash in the SISF Main Thread or SISF Switcher Thread may be observed.
Conditions
This affects switching platforms which use the SISF (Switch Integrated Security Features) infrastructure.
To determine if SISF is active perform the command show proc | SISF, as shown in the following example:
Switch#show proc | include SISF
224 Mwe AAC1686B90 4 6 66653536/63000 0 SISF Switcher Th
225 Mwe AAC1686B90 5 26 19259888/63000 0 SISF Main Thread
Common configuration that enables SISF is:
ip dhcp snooping vlan x - y
