Symptom
If dual active detection is configured thru fast hello, a graceful switchover occurs, network continues to operate normally since one switch is still Active and the other switch goes into recovery mode.
If no Dual Active Detection is configured, both switches take on the active role.
Conditions
The issue occurs after a few days when running 16.3.3 with Stackwise Virtual configuration, mostly seen when there is a CPU load or sometimes configuration/forwarding database changes which need to be synched between switches.
