Symptom
A FEX never goes online if connected only to port EX/32 of Nexus 9500
If the FEX was connected to several ports including port 32 and one of the links went down, FEX may go offline and then recover.
Example, FEX is connected to interfaces E1/24, E1/32 and E1/32. E1/24 goes down, but E1/32 & E1/34 are still up. FEX may go offline and then recover.
Conditions
N9K-X9636PQ connected to N2K-C2348UPQ-10GE
On the line card port number 32 is used.
Workaround
Use another port of the line card, i.e. 24 or 34.
