Symptom
One way audio may be experienced or no audio symptoms may exist short of SIP signaling indicating ptime:160
From lab recreation, only seems to occur when picking up the call on an 8831
Conditions
EO call to CUBE
Call Flow:
ITSP - SIP - CUBE - SIP - CUCM - #555
#555 is shared to multiple endpoints. Phone A picks up call, places call on hold, Phone B [8831] picks up call [because they have the same extension] and ptime:160 is sent from CUBE in the 200 OK when call is picked up.
Workaround
Remove midcall-signaling preserve-codec
Ptime should be adjusted to normal levels or call may proceed as normal.
