Symptom
When a PBB-Edge is configured against a PBB-Core that has a 27 character bridge domain name, the following safeC error can be seen on the console: %SAFE_STR CONSTRAINT: strncpy_s: not enough space for src, error code=406
SPP forwarding class is not set once the edge is configured.
Conditions
PBB core bridge domain with name length of 27 characters.
Workaround
Do not configure a bridge-domain name of 27 characters for a PBB core bridge.
