Symptom

On a commit replace with satellite access port configuration, freqsync emits an error such as: "fsyncmgr[244]: %L2-FSYNC-4-INTF_IM_ERROR : Interface manager failed to register for notifications for Line Unknown Interface ID 00001620: 'ifmgr' detected the 'warning' condition 'The protocol/capsulation/interface could not be found'

Conditions

This issue will be seen from XR releases 5.2.0, and the fix is incorporated in 6.3.1. It will only been seen in a satellite set up where there are satellite access interfaces up.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this issue, but there is also no impact beyond the message itself. The error message will be seen once per interface but the configuration will still be removed correctly & there will be no other effects.
