Symptom
OSPF adjacency may go down due retransmits, while there are no connectivity issue in between the peers and LSA updates and acknowledges are sent properly.
Conditions
Some LSA is flapping in the network with an interval of around 5 seconds.
Workaround
Configure 'limit retransmissions non-dc disable' to disable the re-transmission limit.
This will make sure Neighbors doesn't tear down due to retransmission.
Further Problem Description
The issue may arise if single LSA generation is synchronized to OSPF retransmit interval (by default 5 seconds).
