Symptom
When all OSPF enabled interfaces are shutdown either via
interface range CLI or by shutting down individual interfaces,
on a UUT configured with IPFRR TI-LFA + RLFA along with
"fast-reroute per-prefix tie-break node-protecting required",
the following errmsg is logged from RLFA code.
*May 30 03:54:33.511: %OSPF-3-INTERNALERR: Internal error: Stale release node is referenced
Conditions
OSPF is configured.
OSPF Segment-Routing is configued.
OSPF fast-reroute per-prefix enable is configured.
OSPF fast-reroute per-prefix ti-lfa is configured.
OSPF fast-reroute per-prefix remote-lfa tunnel mpls-ldp is configured.
OSPF fast-reroute per-prefix tie-break node-protecting required is configured.
All OSPF enabled interfaces are shutdown.
