Symptom
Section under the title "Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned" in output of sh int trunk on n5600/6k is always empty.
STP is forwarding and pings work but nothing appears under the mentioned section.
This is misleading during troubleshooting as one might end up thinking vlans in question are pruned.
