Symptom
Error seen when invoking Inbuilt wireshark
Start capture invoked while capture is being exported
Failed to start capture : Wireshark operation failure
Unable to activate Capture.
Conditions
-- An export is tried to an unreachable destination.
-- The capture is then stopped and restarted with export still running in background.
Workaround
"test platform software wireshark reset" can be used to reset the feature.
However, this will completely clear the buffer if it existed.
