Symptom
with vPC setup, and a trunk between the peers for l3 routing (for example OSPF over SVI across this trunk), when vpc peer change the vtp mode from server to transparent, the flood index is removed from the local trunk (the one for routing ), this causes broadcast and multicast blackholed.
