Symptom
ISIS currently accepts the command "segment-routing prefix-sid-map receive" which is redundant as by default the router already operates as a client. You can disable client operation with the command "segment-routing prefix-sid-map receive disable" and re-enable client operation with "no segment-routing prefix-sid-map receive disable". So "segment-routing prefix-sid-map receive" is redundant and should be removed from the parser.
