Symptom
one EOMPLS pw goes missing in hardware due to incorrect deletion of pw in the hardware. So traffic for one PW doesn't flow
Conditions
Image/SMU upgrade or downgrade on the peer P or PE routers, triggers to bringdown the PWs on the peer like shut/unshut of LSP paths etc
Workaround
1) remove and add back the PW under issue state.
2) remove and add back the AC part of the xconnect in the issue state.
