ROUTING-BGP-2-FATAL_WRAPPER : [7] : Fatal error: A call to pthread_mutex_lock failed unexpectedly: Resource deadlock avoided : pkg/bin/bgp
Conditions
When resilient per CE or egress engineering is configured on router and NSR is enabled. Messsage seen on standby RP. It may happen when Standby BGP and mpls_lsd connection flap.

None.No functionality impact.
