Symptom
egr-uidb of np struck leak, even if clear all bng subs session.
Conditions
session > 64k, subs churn
Workaround
Few UIDB resources are likely to be leaked with every 64K churn. Eventually after some iterations there may not be enough uidbs available. At this time, Reload lc. It will clean up leaked resources.
