Symptom

BDI interface incorrect goes down with REP ENN configuration changes.

Conditions

When there is a RENN int and the normal REP int and the normal REP int goes away from the config and then comes back as either REP or RENN, when it comes back the bdi interfaces go down and stay down.

Workaround

Bounce the RENN link and the bdis comes up.
