Symptom
When configuring a SPAN session in ACI, the monitor session goes into a failed state with the following:

Conditions
You are using EX switches as the SPAN Source
The DST IP is learnt as an EP in the fabric in the same VRF as the SPAN SRC.
The DST Group was changed to trigger the issue
