Symptom

A Nexus 3048 may be unable to boot up or otherwise unusable after an upgrade to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(3) or later releases

Conditions

Nexus 3048 running code earlier than NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(2a) and attempting to upgrade to 6.0(2)U6(3a) or later

Workaround

First, upgrade the switch to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(2), then upgrade to the intended release.
