Symptom
L3 routed multicast traffic breaks when an previously connected igmp receiver is removed from the mroute table.
This bug is relevant only for m3 card
Conditions
1. Have a local igmp receiver as shown below.
sh ip igmp snooping groups vlan 2002
Type: S - Static, D - Dynamic, R - Router port, F - Fabricpath core port

2. When igmp receiver is gone then normal multicast traffic breaks for other l3 flows.

Workaround
1. Create a dummy igmp receiver.
or
2. Disable omf.
