Symptom
ISSU by "install all", the unexpected way from 5.2(4) to 6.2(16) directly , would result in N7K-M108X2-12L fail to boot up in new version, status is "pwr-dn".
Fallback to original version 5.2(4), the LC boot up successfully. from then,that LC always down no matter which method used to upgrade.
Conditions
ISSU by "install all", the unexpected way from 5.2(4) to 6.2(16) directly . maybe any upgrade path which doesn't support ISSU would result in LC failure.
This problem is not specific to M1 module, F2 and F3 is also affected. This problem is seen only if TCAM has a parity error while the ISSU is going on.
Workaround
Cold reboot for upgrade avoids this problem on all modules.
