Symptom
This is an umbrella for delivering the following SW fixes/enhancements through a single umbrella SMU:
CSCuz37352 [asr9k-lc-2p100g]: Power sequencer programming for PPC based cards
CSCuz27941 [asr9k-i2c] RSP4 power sequencer programing up on EEPROM CML fault
CSCuz89058 [asr9k-i2c] RP2 power sequencer programming
CSCva98430 [asr9k-i2c] FC2 power sequencer programming support
Further Problem Description
The "Power Sequencer Failure" error may be an indication of a HW or SW failure. This fix applies only to Power sequencer failures observed during boot-up. Line cards that fail to boot due to a SW issue will be restored with this fix and will boot successfully. This fix does not address any power sequencer failure observed during runtime.
