Some V3 AC power supplies may not upgrade correctly.
Conditions
FPD upgrade of V3 AC power supplies
Workaround
retry the upgrade. This usually succeeds.
Further Problem Description
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When performing the fpd upgrade to install the firmware portion of this fix, you will see a brief message during fpga11 programming:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Sep 30 02:02:27.998 : pwrmon_upg_agt[376]: %PLATFORM-UPGRADE_FPD-4-DOWN_REV : fpga11 instance 13 is down-rev (V0.16), upgrade to (V4.01). Use the "upgrade hw-module fpd" CLI in admin mode.
This will also be reflected in show hw-module fpd loc
This conditions lasts until the entire power supply has been upgraded.
