Symptom
When a MAG 3945 router connects to a LMA 9K running 5.3.3 via PMIPv6 protocol the following tracebacks were seen most of the time.

Conditions
When a standard PMIPv6 tunnel was created between a MAG 3945 router and a ASR9010 LMA rotuer.
Workaround
None
A SMU fix will be created to is to pass the correct protocol ID in parent context when PD requests for LI parent, which is NH-INFO
