Symptom
We have a problem of initialization of a A9K-MPA-2X40GE after OIR in a MOD160. Problem observed in 5.3.2 and 5.3.3.
Conditions
OIR of MPA A9K-MPA-2X40GE
Workaround
None. MPA initialized after manual restart of the linecard.

After OIR, the MPA remains in DISABLED state:
