Symptom

If customer have different value in "User login name (Pre windows 2000)" and "User logon name? in AD account during BYOD dual SSID onborading user can provide value from "User login name (Pre windows 2000)" and this value will be placed to Portal user attributes. After this when the same user will try to login to My Device Portal also using value from "User login name (Pre windows 2000)" no devices will be presented and in Up right corner value from "User logon name? will be displayed as a username.

Conditions

Different values in in "User login name (Pre windows 2000)" and "User logon name" inside of AD account

Workaround

Use full value from "User logon name" together with @domain for Guest portal and My Device portal login,
