Symptom

Symptoms: MLD joins not accepted after commit replace follow up RPFO.

Conditions

Conditions: V6 joins will not be accepted in a particular scenario where RPFO is done immediately after commit replace & rollback of the multicast config. MVPN configs have to applied, removed, and default configs are loaded after. Once the MVPN configs are re-applied, the issue will be seen
