CTS is enabled on the port
Workaround
Open up a case with TAC to load a debug plugin that removes the log file.
Further Problem Description
Internal debugs are continuously being printed to file /var/tmp/pc_cts.log causing the file to grow large.
This file only has debugs in it, so it is okay to be deleted. However deleting the file does not stop the file from growing if CTS is still enabled.
