On ASR1001-HX and ASR1002-HX routers running 16.2 and 16.3 code, the output of 'show platform hardware throughput level' incorrectly shows the dataplane throughput at 2.5Gbps:

Further Problem Description
This bug is cosmetic. Since the -HX platforms do not support throughput licensing, the dataplane throughput is limited by the router's built-in ESP (100 Gbps on 1002-HX, 60 Gbps on 1001-HX)
